Serge Côté - Chief Executive Officer

A serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, Serge worked as a manager since the very beginning of his career. His multidisciplinary experience in industries such as aviation, telecommunications, IT, real estate development, and construction and consulting brought him from Quebec to Western Canada as well as to Asia. He has expertise in finance having completed more than $ 100M in financing (equity/debt), including a public offering in 1993.
Marc-André Valiquette - Chief Technology Officer
M.Sc. Biology
Graduated from molecular biology and outstanding horticulturist, Marc-André is the inventor of the root segregator system that characterizes the BIOPONIX concept. He has four patents, one of which is currently pending. He has more than 32 years of experience in biotechnology, 25 of which were devoted to bio-food. Lionel Fabert - Chief Marketing Officer
B. Ing. Engineering
Graduate from ECE Paris with an engineering degree in information technology and project management, Lionel began his career at the state-owned company Électricité de France. He has managed numerous projects in the field of information technology applied to the electricity transmission network. He currently specializes in AI, IT strategy, marketing, and business development. He is also a composer and artistic director for the film and entertainment industry.
Maxime Labrecque - 3D Design
B. Ing. Mechanical Engineering
Founder of a 3D modeling firm, Maxime graduated from ÉTS in addition to having a technician diploma in aerospace engineering from the National School of Aerotechnics. He has more than 8 years of experience in computer-aided design including more than 2 years in the field of 3D printing. In addition, he owns the best 3D printers on the market, making it easier for him to design plastic items to better meet customer needs.
